Ministry of railway runs special trains for students as well as migrants of Jharkhand.
May 2, 2020
Edit
After a lot of discussion and delays, the state government of jharkhand agreed on the issue of lifting the students and workers residing in the other states such as Telangana and Rajasthan.
Almost 40days after the passenger train services were suspended in a bid to combat the spread of novelcoronavirus (Covid19), the IndianRailways deployed the first special train on Friday. It is supposed to ferry stranded migrants from Telangana to Jharkhand. The train is said to carry 1200 migrant workers in a train of 22 coaches which departed on May 1st 2020.
Another good news comes from Northern region i.e. Rajasthan. Teh Ministry of Railway has has given the green signal for two special trains fir the students of Jharkhand. The trains are scheduled to be departed on May 1st, 2020 and May 2nd, 2020 for Ranchi and Dhanbad respectively.
The trains are schedule for departure at 21:00hrs om both the days. This has obviously bought some relief on the part of students as well as their parents. But on the other part this has also let the local people and administration in distress and fear of spread of the disease since Rajasthan is has got so many red zones.
The administration of all the district of Jharkhand be it green, orange or red zone will be on alert. It is expected that all the students will be screened and quarantined for required number of days by the district administration.
Bihar too stands on the same page. Two trains from Kota of Rajasthan is scheduled to departure fir Patna, Bihar on 1st of May. More than being reliefed on their return it's time to be alert. Any sort of carelessness on the part of administration as well as student can cost many lives.
